Séjour de 3 nuits en juin 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Regina D. 22 mars 2025 Points faibles : Propreté #### Disappointed The Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean but the carpets were filthy with stains and the furniture was not what was depicted in the photo. There was 1 white chair, 4 black ones and a desk chair on wheels, around the kitchen table.Check-in was messy. When I arrived after 3 (3:15pm) to pick up the key and garage swipe (as I had paid for a car spot) they weren't there. The concierge called the owner and she came in 10mins and gave me the key. The concierge said that the key and swipe card could be used for the car park as well. On finding the car park the swipe card wouldn't work. I contacted the owner on the messenging app and she said that I would have to park and go up to the room to get the car park swipe. On parking 3 blocks away and walking in the heat, I finally got the key from the room only to have that one not work when we drove back to the car park. I contacted the owner and she said to find a security guard to let us in but there was no one around. I explained that and she asked me to send her a photo of the 2 keys we had, which I did but I never heard back from her about what to do, so we ended up parking in the Southern Cross car park for the night, which cost us 72.After asking for compensation for the parking I was told that I had sent them too late (I sent them immediately on request) and there was nothing they could do.Overall, I won't be recommending thiaccommodation to any of my friends. ##### Regina D.
