Undeniably committed to high end quality throughout with plenty of room for everyone to gather or escape in peace as desired, the home’s hub is quite simply superb with its striking living room and dining room embracing a centrepiece gourmet kitchen resplendent with crisp white cabinetry, stone benchtops and stainless-steel appliances. Sliding doors seamlessly integrate the interior with a covered outdoor entertainer’s terrace looking onto and stepping down to the floodlit tennis court. Kids will appreciate the privacy of the separate teenagers’ retreat with pool table room and a table tennis table in the garage while parents will value the sumptuous nature of the view swept main ensuite bedroom. A second ensuite bedroom with terrace access accompanies two more bedrooms, a family bathroom and an ultra-generous fourth bedroom. The home also features a powder room, fully fitted laundry and a feature wall and gas fireplace in the living room. Within easy walking distance to the Surf Club and Village, it’s the perfect lifestyle package matched with a blue-ribbon coastal address for your idyllic getaway.
