Only 2 towels provided for whole week. - blinds were useless at blocking light pollution. - so much stuff stored in (the only) bedroom wardrobe, impossible to hang clothes (included huge bags of filthy laundry). - a random visit from a guy picking up this laundry - no notice this was going to happen! - pool and spa were absolutely in need of maintenance - tiles falling off the bottom, green algae on the bottom, who knows what the water quality was like. - half the gym equipment was out of order. Priorities to improve on: - property maintenance - fix the shower head, the bedroom door, grout in the bathroom, the balcony sliding door handle. - cleaning - clean the air-conditioner regularly, change the kitchen dish washing sponges REGULARLY. Overall given all the other properties available in the area in this price range, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
