"My family and I stayed for 6 nights while in Duncan for a rodeo event. We didn’t have any issues. The house is very cozy, clean, with accommodations that make your stay very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We would stay again. Thank you "
"Our suite was spacious & clean. Our biggest complaint was no electricity by the beds to plug in our cell phones to have close to us. Then the thin blankets needed to be a little thicker & warmer. The a/c worked really well. We had temperature set at 78 & it was still cool enough to use extra blankets."
"Check-in was easy, staff was efficient and helpful. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, shower had a good shower head that wasn't stingy with the water. Refrigerator worked well. A/C was turned on and room was nice and cool when we got there, which was so nice on a hot day."

"Hotel starting to show some wear and tear.Had a few small roaches in bathroom not moving very fast so i got em.Door to bathroom wouldnt latch without alot of force.First of three day stay breakfast buffet was great,after that no sausage with hard boiled eggs,nextday not even that only biscuts and gravy."
