Room was dirty! I found an eyelash in the bed. Looked like blood on the wall. Very unhappy. Experience was terrible. I will never stay here again. Was not worth the money, even if I paid $10.00…

Inconvenient reservation
Upon arrival found out we no longer had a reservation. Was told by management due to maintenance issues there were no rooms available on this particular location. Then was also told to call hotels.com on my own to figure out a refund which hotels.com had to contact them because they were not notified of said issue. Thankfully hotels.com was able to help with last minute booking.

The room was clean, but the phone in the room was useless (missing buttons), no coffee pot in the room and no security code given for wifi access (could not call the front desk because of missing buttons on the phone). Facility needs more maintenance, for example, there was a patched hole in the wall that had not been painted over. More effort should be made on customers and less on profit.

I have been booking my rooms in Expedia for a while now. When I arrived to this place they didn't have a room for me anymore because they over sell rooms tonight. I had to call Expedia, they called them and by magic they found me a room in another place which had a carpet that smells terrible. Very bad costumer service.
