Are you searching for a private cabin getaway by the Frio River in the heart of Concan? Look no further than "Stonehaven." This charming bungalow perfectly captures the essence of a delightful river cabin. Just a short walk from the sparkling waters of the Frio River, Stonehaven comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The cabin is conveniently located just off River Road.comfortably has room for four. The cabin is located just off River Road.

To help keep your rental costs down, guests can bring their own linens and towels. We also offer the option to rent them for an additional fee. If you would like to rent linens and towels for your stay, please provide us with at least four weeks' notice before your arrival. Please note that beds will not be made for guests. Additionally, we have a limited supply of linens and towels and cannot guarantee their availability. All King, Queen and Full beds include two towels and will be charged at $24 dollars per bed. All twin beds will include one towel per bed and will be charged at $12.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

Little getaway

Went to the frio for labor day weekend and had an amazing stay. House is clean and perfectly located. The frio is a short walk behind the house. Would stay here again.

The cottage sleeps 4. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook your meals. The bathroom is quite large! There’s an AC downstairs and one in the loft so temperature control was great. You have access to the Rio Frio which is a big plus. There are several businesses right around the corner for camping supplies if needed, went to H-E-B for groceries (Uvalde)

It was very clean and well kept, as all Frio River Vacation Rentals are. The outdoor space is just fabulous, especially with the string lights, it really feels magical. My family of 4 enjoyed this cottage very much and we look forward to renting from Frio River Vacation Rentals yet again, we are repeat customers. This cottage is less than a blocks walk to the frio with a quaint little swimming hole that is perfect for all ages. Frio River Vationion Rentals is a very wonderful small business, all the employees were very nice and friendly, the properties they have are well maintained and the interiors of their rentals are very clean. We always recommend Frio Vacation Rentals to friends and family when we get the chance.
