"The property was overall clean, but the room not so much. The shower was dirty, and I refuse to even use it. The remote wouldn’t change the channel. I called the front desk. She came up to help, but overall wasn’t helpful at all. I went downstairs to get batteries for the remote, thinking that the batteries in it may be dead, but the damn remote had a screw in the bottom to prevent from taking the back cover off and changing the batteries. At 5:30 AM, I got woken up by a man screaming, and couldn’t go back to sleep. The whole time in the bed me and my lady felt like we were itching. No visible bugs or anything. I guess it was the discomfort and psychological of the room. They gave us that feeling. I would not stay again! EVER!!!!!!!"

"First of all, the whole hotel was apparently booked that weekend, probably for a music concert. I accidently booked a smoking room by mistake and the hotel was not even capable to change my room for a non smoking one, since all rooms were somehow taken. The girl a front desk also mentionned to me that people smoke in all the rooms, even in the non smoking ones. That is beyond inacceptable for those who dont smoke. Also, the air-conditionning is not working in the room 205, and again, there is no more room for a change. Plus, the bathroom is not very well cleaned. At my arrival, there was piss on the toilet and hair in the shower as if if was not cleaned. And if you need something from the cleaning staff, they dont even speak english or spanish. So, if you are a non smoking person, don’t book a room there because all of the room will smell disgusting. I won’t rebook there and you should not either."

"I feel bad leaving this review but want people to know what they’re walking into. The facility looks to have gotten a very superficial face lift. “Lipstick on a pig” if you will. Unfortunately the rooms smelled of smoke and mildew. It was not a great part of town from what I could tell. It is a motel that people appear to be living in. We ended up rebooking elsewhere. The management was very understanding and did provide us with refunds which was appreciated."

"The room was so nice and clean. Bed was soooo soft. The staff was very helpful with checkin. Breakfast bar had many options. And the pool and gym were awesome"

"The bathroom was not clean. There was only one cup in the room for use and it was open. The second bed had not been changed; it had something on the sheets that looked like dried up snot on it. Makes you wonder where else the staff is coming up short. Breakfast was only half out and the equipment was not working. I’ll give them credit that it was almost time for breakfast to be over. I just expected to be able to have all the choices until the stopping time not before. "
