Shower was awful. Like it's so awful I can't believe the poor engineering and the operation of it. The handle was falling off. A woman checked in before myself and the clerk sent her to her room 2 times before finally on the 3rd time she sent an employee to fix the problem. AC unit was not functional because no maintenance has been down on the unit in months. You can tell this from the filter that was completely covered in dirt. I shouldn't have to call anybody to fix something. This stuff should already be done and fixed. I have video of how awful the shower pressure was during the visit

My family was trying to extend our stay by one night and we got the run around about having to switch rooms even though we had already been there for 4 days. It made no sense that we couldn’t keep the room we were in and just extend the reservation by one night.

We quickly left another property prior to this stay due to bugs. I was blown away by how nice this hotel was. Everything was clean, it smelled nice, the rooms were well taken care of by the staff, the front desk staff were delightful. My husband and I frequently talk about how nice this stay was after leaving our prior hotel. 10/10. I will definitely be staying here again if we visit Spartanburg in the future!
