"The hotel has cute and trendy decor. It’s located centrally nearby many restaurants and coffee shops around. Our room was clean and spacious. Check in was easy and on point. We had no issues with this hotel. This is my second Graduate hotel that I’m staying in and they are very efficient. "

"I recently stayed at this location and was quite concerned regarding a number of issues. Despite calling ahead to notify the hotel of a late check in, we were informed upon arrival that a confirmed reservation for members of our group was cancelled, leaving a family with a sick toddler without a room at night in an unfamiliar area. Additional concerns included the fact that another guest was issued a key to a room that was already occupied (serious safety issue), appropriate room service was not available for an extended period of time, and many of the amenities were non-functional or worked very poorly. What was most discouraging was that the staff showed no accountability or remorse and there was no way to escalate the situation over the weekend. There were several other hotels in the area with more helpful staff, better amenities, and similar price points so I definitely would not recommend staying here."

"Have to walk clear through the hotel through the lobby to get to the pool. No microwaves in rooms. Only 1 shared old one next to the ice machine. Room floors were dirty. Staff was extremely rude. They were horrible to deal with. Was to scared to go into the casino. Mostly non -guest were using the casino, yelling cussing, playing 3 machines at once. Men sexually harassing women. No employees to help you cash out. I would never waste my money on this place again. "
