« My stay at Zara Garden was wonderful. From the minute I arrived, I was made to feel welcome. The manager and staff were so friendly yet very professional. There was a problem with my WiFi, which was immediately resolved by their IT professional. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, with local as well as international options. My suite was spacious and comfortable. I sincerely appreciate and enjoyed the 5 star treatment I received at Zara Garden and highly recommend. »

« I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. »
