"Cute hotel, great location, and very lovely staff."

"The room was clean, immaculate, quiet with a good view. Best breakfast ever experienced. Staff really helpful. Dining room staff exceptionally efficient and customer orientated. We really enjoyed the dining experience there."

"Very thoughtful and personable boutique hotel. The place is handy to local eateries and Kuaizhai Alley. It provides snacks and drinks in the room and light plum tea, porridge, coffee and teas in the lobby. Free laundry service is a great bonus! Highly recommended."

"If I visit Chengdu again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the upstairs laundry facilities were really useful. The breakfast was good, the room was spotless, and I loved the decor. The staff were very attentive, and I had no issues during my stay. The location is good, although the street outside could be cleaner."

"Room was great and the breakfast was fantastic with lots and lots of variety."

"Convenient location"

"Excellent stay! The hotel was beautiful, the service was outstanding, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again."

"Staff are very helpful"

"Excellent location with all necesary shops, rea houses, and restaurants around and access to great sites for visitors. Hotel is well designed and maintained, with helpful staff providing great information. Note if you take a taxi to the hotel, the driver can not send you directly to the hotel, but a easy walk towards front gate. Great stay, and we will surely be back for our next trip."

"Had some issues with Meituan delivery and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. Room was extremely spacious and clean as well."

"Great location, excellent service, and just what one needs for a comfortable stay when traveling!"

"Very good services"

"The room was adequate. I am not really aware of any amenities in the hotel other than the breakfast room. The breakfast was amazing. The air conditioning was not great at first then it was freezing then back to warmish again. It is within walking distance to Tianfu square, People’s Park and the Sichuan Theatre. Lots of shopping and restaurants around. I would stay here again."

"Nice location, close to every thing, breakfast buffet is great."

"The hotel check in is located on the 9th floor of the building. The hotel spans across the 9th and 10th floors. In the same building, there are another 5-6 other hotels located at different floors. The room was spacious with great air conditioning and shower pressure and temperature control. Wifi was stable as well. The hotel also provides free drinks and desserts at specific times. The only down side was the lack of a bidet in the room. If fitted with one, it would be a no brainer to stay...

"Very friendly staff. I love the breakfast "
