Tiny on the outside, giant on the inside. The kids loved the garden and the dock. I loved the fully stocked kitchen (including basic cooking needs like salt and oil and napkins and so much more I really only had to buy food to cook). My husband loved the a/c and the position was perfect for us to get to the outlets for shopping and the north shore to see friends. The location is convenient and close to beaches, and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. However, the furnishings are extremely minimal (the photos are accurate) and there is no outside deck, patio, or seating area. There is a dock is over a muddy river inlet, but the path and dock are overgrown with long grasses and the bugs were fierce (in August). Basically we were underwhelmed by this property—there is nothing horribly wrong with it (although the layout is really strange) but there is very little to recommend it. The owner was good to work with and answered our questions quickly and honestly, which we appreciated (without this factor, the property would have earned less than 3 stars from us). ##### Erica D. The linens were very clean. The house was well stocked with necessities in the bathrooms and kitchens. The layout of the house was really strange but accommated all of us. The dock was the best part of the house, but bug spray is a must. Glad that each room had an ac unit. ##### Sydney M.
