« The location was great, walking distance to the beach, beautiful sunrises/sunsets and not too much traffic on Dune road. The views were amazing and the second level was a perfect entertainment area. We loved how many bedrooms and bathrooms the house had - made it easy to get ready quickly! The property manager was so responsive and helpful to anything we needed! »

« Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. « What amazing stay! We can't say enough good things about this house in Ocean Bay Park. Our group included four couples and an 18 month old, and there was more than enough space for all of us to be together or take some time apart. The living area is big, with seating for many in front of the tv. The kitchen is very well supplied and roomy enough for a few people to cook meals together. « Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens).
