It is newly renovated, with central air, 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept kitchen and dining room, living room, Netflix, WiFi, fenced backyard, patio with outdoor furniture, BBQ and outdoor ping-pong table. I stayed here with my husband, our two kids, and our dog. This house is spacious, clean, and new. The yard is great. The beach is very close by, and this house is exactly the place you want to be after a day of fun in the sand. The house was perfect for a getaway and actually looks better than it does in the photos. The house combines large communal areas for family gatherings, while also including a few nooks for whenever any of us needed a bit of "me" time. It was clean, there were plentiful linens, and the kitchen was really well stocked. The neighborhood was safe with Smith Point beaches nearby.
