The home is truly the epitome of waterfront living. Open all the windows and you get an ocean cross-breeze second to none. We have all the necessities one may need to spend a relaxing and enjoyable time. Walk across to a small bay beach or Kayak to the isolated part of Fire Island and swim its pristine water. Pick up fresh oysters from our neighbor that owns Violet Cove Oysters. Bring your bicycles and enjoy riding by the waterfront and Marina area.

There are endless trails for hiking and bird watching in the nearby 600 acre William Floyd estate. There are fishing options all around the house and Smith Point is perfect for surf casting. Mastic Beach is a diverse working-class small town with a great old school Italian restaurant, an amazing butcher and two great bait and tackle shops. A short drive to Mastic Seafood will get you the highest quality and largest selection of seafood around. If you are planning a more upscale dinner, restaurants in Bellport, Patchogue, or East Moriches are great options.

The house is available year round and makes a great fall retreat or winter getaway.
