« The rooms were dated and shower leaked a lot on the floor. Probably a long standing issue since caulk was almost not existent outside of shower. The floor below probably had water leaking from ceiling. Usually appreciate the free breakfast but the staff member that was attending the area was rude and not attentive to keeping area clean. « The front desk worker was very rude!! They do a no refund policy to force you to pay all of there hidden fees. I booked a smoking room online to get there and be told “from her end it saids nonsmoking” so I would have to pay them a 50$ deposit or pay them a extra 25$ to get it switched to a smoking room even though I booked a smoking room so I basically paid 93 dollars for a room that was suppose to be 68$. « 1st of all had too wait 2hrs for my room rest was at 3 room wasnt ready till 5:30. Went to take a shower the towels was spotted with brown color stains. Ask for another set of towels same thing. They need to invest in new linen. The microwave and refrigerator had leftover food in it. Told the 2 staff members nothing ever happened. Noone came to clean the microwave and refrigerator. Poor service poor staff. I will never ever go back Good luck »

« I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for. »

« We stayed at this hotel in June 2025, and apart from a really awful odor in our room, it was okay so we booked it again this year (for one night). This time, the room was not fully cleaned, had some serious maintenance issues, didn’t have enough bedding or towels for the 3 people for whom we booked the room, and, worst of all, had a broken A/C causing the temperature in the room to be 80 degrees! « There was no trash can, and the room was not cleaned very well. The towels were damp, as if they had just been used, with two of the three having stains. Luckily, I brought my own towel for traveling. The building wasn't well-kept, grass/weed growing next to the wall. It felt unsafe, and some suspicious people were hanging around the entrance and the hallway. »
