"Absolutely brilliant from arrival to departure.The only issue was my partner dropped me off for less than a minute outside the hotel main entrance and then had to pay £5 to drive out .We feel that whilst being dropped off there should be no charge for hotel guests. "

"Great 2 day stay. Staff were helpful, breakfast was awesome, location was perfect. Only problem was the pull out bed for the 2 kids was a bit uncomfortable, but they seemed ok the 2nd night."

"We were welcomed & checked in by the lovely Marta, she was very polite & helpful. The bar staff were great too & they had a lovely terrace that we sat out in for a couple of drinks before our event. Checking in & checking out all went smoothly. Gorgeous hotel, comfy beds. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. When I arrived I was a bit anxious and overwhelmed with sensory things and I was bombarded with so much info all at once. When I explained to the receptionist I had ADHD and struggles with information all at once and she still continued being really fast. So I panicked quite a bit about where to go and what to do. It would be nice to have someone actually show me what to do rather than tell me. "
