"We came up to Massachusetts for a large family reunion, but wanted a quiet place aL our own. This charming cottage in Marshfield was absolutely perfect. The host was very responsive and friendly, everything was clean and well-maintained, and it was the perfect amount of space for our small family. The small kitchen had everything we needed, window units easily handled the summer heat, and the location was quiet but within easy distance of everything we had planned. 10/10 would recommend."

"This is a great vacation rental. I can’t remember staying at a more well equipped and supplied rental. From kitchenware to linens, towels and bicycles…. This house had it all. But the best part is the great view from every window and the front porch. Additionally, Brant Rock center and the restaurants, gift shops and the Brant Rock market are right there. I would definitely rent this again in the future if it’s available. Additionally, it is very easy to communicate with the owners."

"The house is great really cute good location although it says it sleeps six I would probably say no more than four adults. The two cots that are provided aren't very comfortable for adults would be great for two small kids. Really clean and the owner is super nice."

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at "Home by the Sea." We had perfect weather, and enjoyed the ocean breeze. The water heater broke prior to our arrival which Jean kept us informed of the progress. Like all homes, things happen, but that didn't put a downer on our stay. Jean did everything to make it right. "I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while traveling for work. Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly staff and shown to my room. The room was absolutely perfect! It was recently renovated, everything was brand new. My room was spotless and very comfortable. They truly go the extra mile to provide a wonderful space for their guests. "It is just as the ad says, comfortable house on the ocean, nice nights around a bonfire ,cookouts, great seafood everywhere we loved it! Everything is in walking distance, if the beach is to rocky for you just walk a bit and you can easily find one thats not! You can't beat the sound of the waves at night and the salt air. Parking is room for one car only but our guests parked on ocean st. Overnight with no problems...Great time we would do it again"
