"We were very disappointed after reading reviews we didn't expect the rooms to show so much wear and tear. The breakfast is NOT free and you have to pay to park on-site. They need to have 25 security outside. The homeless roam the parking lot and approched our teenage daughter. You open the curtians and see the homeless sleeping on the sidewalks and using drugs. We will not be staying there again!"

"To start with it took them three different times to try to find a room for me and my family two rooms were still under being renovated but they tried to put us in. And then the facilities like the jacuzzi was broken eyes were broken. The bed is very extremely uncomfortable and had a very hard little pillows that reminded you of couch throw clothes. "

"The staffer rude and I was not told that when you have a dog they have to come in and clean your room everyday. So I told the housekeeper I didn't need any services. Then they sent the head housekeeper banging on my door at 9:00 in the morning not even 10:00 or 11:00. Demanding that I let her in the room and I just got in the night before. They need to teach her customer service cuz her customer service sucks"

"Beautiful hotel, lovely outside gardens to stroll through, with fountains & Koi fish swimming in the pond. The location is about 7 miles east of I-5, out of the way from traffic noise. We would stay there again with our dog."

"Pros: cheap, clean. Staff was nice. Cons: sketchy area, feels like 1970s in rooms and exterior. Bed was awful, tiny pillows either concrete hard or super soft with no support. Entrance feels bare, smelled like garlic all on the 3rd floor. TV had mostly purple picture. The only saving grace .. we only had to deal with it for 1 night."
