Estivemos hospedados no hotel recentemente e, infelizmente, a experiência ficou abaixo das expectativas. O quarto apresentava um forte cheiro de mofo, o que tornou a estadia desconfortável. Todas as nossas roupas — inclusive as que não foram utilizadas — voltaram da viagem com cheiro de mofo. Considerando o valor cobrado pela diária, esperávamos uma acomodação em melhores condições de higiene e conservação. Esperamos que o hotel adote as providências necessárias para resolver esse tipo de problema e proporcionar uma experiência mais agradável aos próximos hóspedes.
