Island Time Boat Rental will deliver a boat to the house for free! 2 King Beds 1 Queen 2 Full Trailer Parking Boat Launch next door to The Island Fish Co, 12648 Overseas Hwy Weekly Rentals 7 day min and 28 day maximum. AC system needs cleaning as there is mold on all vents. Bed sheets were clean, however a couple mattresses had what appeared to be urine stains. Pool was awesome, game room fun, and convenience of boat dock. Overall happy with the experience, just needs some TLC for the price. ##### Christopher W. Our host was spot on with the listing. The accommodation and amenities were perfect for our travel party of 6 adults and 2 teenagers! Easy to get in and out of for a day on the water. Pool was very refreshing after being on the boat all day. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location & had plenty of room for us & our adult children as well as our 1 year old grandson! The host was extremely receptive to our needs and calls making the whole experience awesome! We plan to rent it every year for our Annual Keys Vacation! The property is well furnished, and is a great base for exploring the area as it is just a few hundred yards off the famed overseas highway. Fishing off the back dock, and a dip in the pool is a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this space for an family space. No issues or complaints. Would return! ##### Terry C. We have no complaints about this place it was absolutely a great home. There was 8 adults and plenty of room it was very spacious and clean. We loved the pool, which we used daily. Host was quick to answer any questions. A fridge downstairs for our beer would have been perfect but the host provided a cooler and we made it work. Had a great heated pool on a nice little bay. Easy to get to. The home was well stocked with towel, bedding, spices, but could use some additional pool floats. Some people complained because the decor is dated. That did not bother us at all. Everything was comfortable. Had plenty of bathrooms for everyone which was one of the reasons we rented it. We had 8 people there. 3 couples and my 2 children. The house had everything we needed and was well kept. The sleeping arrangements were very convenient as well as bathroom situations. There was plenty of room to dock our boat and getting in and out was a breeze for both the gulf and Atlantic side. The pool was awesome. After fishing and or lobstering we came back and relaxed in the pool. The upstairs balcony was a fan favorite too. Looking out at the ocean and feeling the breeze was spectacular at all points of the day. We definitely loved this place for our vacation. We would definitely recommend this to others as well as stay again. The host is also very responsive if you need to communicate about anything. Thank you for an amazing stay. ##### William S. Feb 14, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Comfortable and Fun We really enjoyed our time in Marathon and found the house to be in a great location. It is an older home, but very comfortable and the layout with all the amenities made it the perfect place for 3 adult couples to start and end each day. The kitchen had everything we needed including a large table where we could eat together and plan our day. We really enjoyed the heated pool and appreciated the abundance of pool towels. The doors that lead out to the the pool and canal had an alarms on them (perfect if you had small children) and there was plenty of comfortable seating and lounge chairs. The hostess was also kind enough to provide a cooler and other water toys. We spent most evenings in the game room shooting pool and playing ping pong. Newer pool sticks would have been nice, but these did the job. We certainly would stay again if in the area. ##### Pari S.
