With fenced in yard and private gate to property. Immaculately clean, what seemed to be new appliances . Great selection of pots and pans and utensils (compared to some other houses we have been in. Nice dock caught mangrove snapper and assorted other fish, some days manatees swam by. One small hiccup, pool was not cleaned when we got there and had to clean ourselves, but not deal breaker. The property is fantastic! Very clean, comfortable, roomy for our group of 8\. There are beds for 6 adults but there are 2 comfortable rollaway beds that worked well for us. The proximity to the beach was perfect for walking or driving, then back to the house for pool time. There were enough beach towels and chairs for the group. The screened porch is wonderful and very spacious. There is a Publix grocery store and liquor store right at the top of the street. We can't wait to go back! ##### Jane F. The property was very well kept and very private to be able to enjoy our pool time with only our guests. The house itself was wonderful. We loved having such a large outdoor patio to dine on and lounge on. There was also great space inside the house. All of the bedrooms were quite spacious. We really enjoyed the extra little things that were provided like having some pool floaties, games to play inside as a family and having cornhole to play outside. One feature that was absolutely wonderful was the endless supply of hot water. There were 8 of us that stayed at the house, and often we would all need to shower in short amount of time, and we NEVER ran out of hot water. The pool was also kept at a wonderful temperature to be able to be in no matter what the temp was outside. ##### Crystal N.
