Breathtaking Ocean Views - 180 degrees of Sunrises and Sunsets!

MARATHON SUNRISE DREAM Surrounded by turquoise waters, with gentle sea breezes - enjoy the tropical paradise in the heart of the Keys! Home is located where the street ends and the ocean begins!

World famous sport fishing - with 150 feet of concrete dock on deep-water canal. Oversized lot has plenty of room for parking and bring your boat trailer! Some of the best scuba diving in the country is just off Sombrero Reef!

Entertain and relax on the huge open covered deck, adjoining the large family room with glass on three sides. Sunbathe on the open deck, swim in the private pool, relax in the hot tub or launch from our kayak dock one of our kayaks provided for your enjoyment. Sidewalk on tidal pool extends into the Atlantic for fishing or viewing. Drink your morning coffee to brilliant sunrises at MARATHON SUNRISE DREAM and cook fresh fish on the outdoor grill as the sun sets!

WE DO HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. Please call us if you have any questions.

Outdoor security cameras are for both guest and owner safety. They are located under the house, and eaves. Coverage area - front door 2, kayaks under the house 1, driveway 1, tidal pool 3, boat dock 1, kayak dock 1, parking area 2.

Nice place with good amenities

Great property, the channel in from the ocean is temperamental to the tides but good dock space. The house is spacious and you can't hear someone else outside the bedrooms. Overall great place to stay. Had our adult kids and one other couple from time to time, everyone had a great time.

Absolutely Wonderful

House was perfect with amazing views, plenty to do. For our group the location was just what we were looking for. Beautiful views of the sunrise every morning. If we ever go back to the keys, would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a fantastic time here. Can not beat the ocean view! Loved sitting on the large outdoor area deck. Having coffee in the morning & ate all our meals out there too. Pool was terrific & the use of kayaks and fishing gear a definite big bonus!! The only complaints we can think of were the cleanliness of house. House cleaners could do a bit better for such a nice place. Also, we thought the furniture in living area was a bit overused. Thank you for the use of the home!!

We keep coming back!

This house is perfect for our family! All bedrooms on one floor make it great for the kids. Kitchen has most common appliances, pool is clean and refreshing, bedrooms are cozy, laundry machines are excellent! We’ve already booked for next year!

Unbelievable views

This is an unbelievable property. The house was clean and the furniture was comfortable. There’s lots to do with the kayaks and the paddle boards, the pool table and the foosball table there was never a dull moment. We even caught some fish. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that could make this better would be the addition of a ladder on the dock side. However, that’s only because I’m somewhat handicapped and had a hard time getting up on the floating dock. My kids had no trouble at all. We all had a lot of fun and the views were magnificent! The laundry situation is also great. I stay in the Keys every year and this was one of the best places I’ve stayed. Well worth the money.

A Perfect Stay for Family Memories

Sunrise Dream was chosen as the location to spend our 50th Anniversary and long awaited family vacation. The property was well equipped and comfortable, and the amenities more than exceeded our expectations. The owner and the Property Manager were helpful and very responsive to any questions. It was deemed our best vacation by all 10 family members ages 4-72!

Spring Break

We stayed at this property the last week of March, for spring break. The house and property are AMAZING!!!!!! There were 10 of us (grandparents, kids, grandkids) and the house was the perfect size. Plenty of room to spread out, if needed, and the perfect amount of space for game nights in the evenings. The bedrooms are perfectly laid out. And the house was spotless. The view is the most beautiful view that we’ve ever seen. We had a momma and baby manatee visit every morning at the dock. And caught a few fish from there as well. We had 3 cars (full size SUVs) and had more than enough parking. The pool area was nice and refreshing, and plenty of space / seating for all of us. The kids enjoyed the kayak launch and exploring the waters around the house. Ann was wonderful. I spoke to her several times before our arrival, and she went above and beyond anything we could expect. We will definitely look into this home again in the future.

Beautiful property

We stayed with 3 children, 4 adults and 2 grandparents. House was comfortable hosting everyone; with lots to entertainment provided from the kayaks, pool table, fishing and Oceanside pool. Just minimal issues: We were only provided 3 dish pods and 3 laundry detergents, which I felt was low compared to other houses we have rented, especially for our party size and the 7 day rental. We also did have an issue with the microwave breaking on our 3rd day and communication could have been better from the time I notified them to having them bring a new one 2 days later. Lastly, just FYI the kitchen does not have any tubberware for leftovers and you will need to bring your own trash bags and paper towels. All in all, the house location is perfect and easy access to stores and restaurants. The sunrises are spectacular!
