Gulf views w/scenic elevated sundeck, heated shared pool, boat dock availability

Enjoy Four (4) separate levels of outdoor privacy. All levels include comfort seating/lounging, and shade/cover for various weather conditions. Outdoor dining available on two separate levels. Panoramic gulf views from the elevated (35foot) rooftop deck provides great relaxation, and large enough (700sq ft.) for entertainment anytime day or night. Seating/chaise lounges under permanent shade sail, rolling umbrella, and outdoor shower are also located on rooftop deck for sunny days.

Covered Ground level provides an electrified lighted tiki bar with fridge, bar stools, shaded porch seat swing, dining table for six (6), weber grill and parking for up two vehicles. Beach chairs, floats, fishing poles, deep freezer, and two (2) multi-speed bicycles are also located on this level. All just steps away from the heated gulf side pool and the dock pier which offers great fishing day or night.

Dockage for up to (1) 25ft boat available with pre booking required. Slip will be assigned with usage instructions. Trailer space is first come additional parking across the street at Boat house marina for a fee. Public boat ramp is within a quarter mile.

Rest in one of the three bedroom w/ three bathrooms. Master boast a 46-inch TV, king size bed, en suite bath, walk in closet and private balcony w/hammock. Second bedroom has queen size bed, 32 inch tv and en suite bath. Third bedroom as 2 twin trundle beds (sleeps 4) third bath with standup shower. The open-concept living/dining room, allows enough room for you and your guests to enjoy privacy or gatherings. Ruko tv, local Cable television, wireless internet throughout with flat screen (smart) televisions in each bedroom, living room and ground level. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, coffee grinder/maker, Keurig and granite countertops.

Great stay for family

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was warm enough for even adults to swim in when the air temp wasn’t super warm! The property manager was prompt & wonderful when a small issue arose. It was a very nice house & wonderful layout for travelling with extended family. There is a lot of stairs in the house but it wasn’t an issue for us. The kids enjoyed the roof-top & all the decks & patios. Wonderful!!!

La Girls Trip

We traveled from Louisiana to visit and explore the Florida keys….it was a great time! We did sunset cruise with marathon mermaids and captain Dawn and first mate Alison gave us an enjoyable evening ! Dance party and drink with beautiful sunset ! We visited sombrero beach bahai beach and key west! Great time!! Beth Ambeau

What a wonderful vacation spot!

I’ve been meaning to write a review but kept putting it aside. However this place deserves a review. At first we were hesistant about how much space there would be for our stay and it turned out to be perfect. We had 4 adults the whole stay with 3 extra that stayed over the weekend. We also had our dogs which was a huge deciding factor in where to stay. We take our fur babies wherever they can go. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Kind of in between all keys so you could certainly travel between them to visit. We ended up staying in the area for the most part! The pool was small but who needs a large pool when the water around you is gorgeous. We even hung out off the docks at the property with our noodles. All of the vacationers in themother homes were extremely friendly. The top deck was an awesome hang out spot where we spent most nights playing games, having drinks, and watching fireworks on the 4th of July. We also spent mornings watching the sunrises. There are beaches nearby and we rented a boat from a nearby marina as well. I would absolutely come back! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

His communication and willingness to help made all the difference. Would definitely stay here again! There were 8 of us. Four 18 year olds and they shared a room. It was perfect.

Excellent Value!

This place was an excellent value for the price…everything you need including a nice little pool and fishing pier where my spouse was happy to catch some snapper. Napped on the hammock balcony and nice sunset view up top. Plenty of towels and supplies, cute tasteful decor, gated community. We loved it!
