End unit with bay views and boat slip! Thank you for viewing this amazing 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath home located in Coral Lagoon in Marathon, FL. This unit has the finest location in the entire development. It is Unit #1, an end unit, on a point lot with amazing Bay views. Many of the other units face a skinny canal. Rates are based upon how many guests, length of stay and time of the year. This unit also offers a great side yard along the side of the home. This is ideal for kids to have some room to play or just a great place to relax. There is also a large heated pool on site. NOTE: There is a boat slip that can accommodate a 40 ft. boat directly behind this lovely home that is so convenient and is available for you at NO CHARGE! The Master Bedroom has one king bed and one full bathroom. There is access to the upstairs deck through the master bedroom. The second bedroom, has one queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is another full bathroom conveniently located right outside these two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use. The unit has recently been updated with new furniture and carpet. There are flat screen TVs in all rooms and internet service is provided. Half bath is located downstairs. You can relax under the covered decks and enjoy the stunning views. One deck is downstairs accessible through the living area. The upstairs deck is accessible through the Master Bedroom. There is a Boat House Marina onsite with full services; including boat ramp, fuel, water, ice, and fish cleaning facilities. Just steps from the unit is a boat slip which can accommodate up to a 40 foot boat. Slip is equipped with both electric and water. From this unit, you have access to Vaca Cut in less than 3 minutes by boat, which allows you to be ocean or bay side in just minutes. This location is very close to many activities, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and drug stores. All are minutes away. I will be happy to help with recommendations for fishing and dive charters as well as boat rentals. This is a very quiet, clean and peaceful place. You will not be disappointed. Please feel free to inquire with any questions you might have. Please note check in time is 4:00 pm or after and check out is at 10:30 am, unless prior arrangements are made. Also, there is no offensive smelling foods to be fried in my home on the day of check out, this is for the courtesy of future guest. Bacon/fish etc.. It offers a great water views from the back porch and the balcony from the master bedroom. We caught a couple sunrises at the property. Its location was convenient to the turtle hospital, Crane Point Hammock, and Bahia Honda State Park. The home was clean. The only complaint we had was the beds weren't very comfortable. A few thoughts: We didn’t make many meals but if you plan to eat in, bring or buy everything including spices, oil, etc. We found the master bed and the twins to be comfortable but the queen bed is very firm. The bathrooms offer all you need in terms of towels, hair dryer (vintage but works!), shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The floors are all tile and minimal rugs, so sound does travel. Master bath - could use a rack for shampoo etc. and it would be nice if bar soap was provided vs body wash only Upstairs twin room - suggest oiling the door hinges, very squeaky. Kitchen- stove burners all work but a few burners lights don’t go on to indicate they are on. Could use new frying pans and cookie sheets and kitchen towels. Living room Tv- instructions as to what each of the 3 remotes are for. We ultimately figured out only one was useful- the xfinity one since there’s only cable available. We got out well before the checkout time but it was confusing since some documents said 10am, others said 10:30 am. ##### Julie C. Very nicely decorated with a tasteful island vibe. Very spacious and was clean upon arrival which is a huge bonus. The check in/out process was very easy and communication with the host was timely. The grounds were beautifully kept and was a quiet family friendly atmosphere. Other guests were friendly at the pool and the pool temps were heated just right and the water was clean. The only slight negative I would mention is that a few light bulbs needed replacing in the bathroom vanity all the tv remotes did not work until we replaced the batteries and one of the guest tvs was not working at all. Ultimately that did not bother us much as we were out sightseeing and attending a family wedding over several days. We only cared to watch tv as we were going to bed in the evening. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I were in Marathon as it was central to restaurants and shopping. ##### Amanda C.
