Tranquil and Beautiful Boutique Condo in the Heart of Marathon with stunning views of the ocean. Relax and unwind on your porch while admiring the most beautiful Sunsets and tranquil surroundings. This amazing condo sleeps up to 5 people comfortably. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a well-equipped full kitchen, dining room table, wi-fi, and entertainment center. Condo features a clean and fully renovated interior. The kitchen is stocked with everything (dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). Guests can enjoy the quiet private surroundings with lounge chairs, patio table, and BBQ grill. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and living room has a sofa bed that sleeps 2, there is an additional fold out bed that sleeps 1 in the unit as well. Crisp sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We provide high-end bath and beach towels. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. This home has central air-conditioning and on-site coin laundry. ‘This home is located on the first floor. Perfect to step right outside to fish or enjoy the ocean views. Love boating, jet-skiing, snorkeling, or Kayaking? You have found your paradise! This condo is only a few minutes from the sand bar and Vaca Cut; making it an ideal location for anyone that enjoys watersports. Be amazed and entertained by the wildlife visitors such as manatees, dolphins, fish and exotic birds that can be seen from your own home. Closed proximity to stores, restaurants and airport.
