The home's rooftop deck on the third floor offers a panoramic and open observatory which is great for catching rays, watching sunrises, sunsets and shooting stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi. The upstair's portion is the main floor of the home that features the following: 1 King Master Suite with its own bathroom, 1 Guest Bedroom with 1 Full Bed and Bunk Bed with 2 Twins, 1 Full Bath in the Hall, Fully-equipped kitchen and a large living room area. The downstair's portion has a room with a queen bed, a full bath and a living room overlooking the pool and the ocean. The house is beautiful with lots of windows and balconies to enjoy the most amazing views. The home is stylishly decorated and there was more than enough room for our family of 10\. The downstairs suite (living room and bedroom/bathroom) was a perfect little retreat so we could spend private time too, We had our children and grandchildren staying with us and everyone had a fantastic time. We're already trying to plan a trip back.. We spent the days in the pool soaking up the sun and breezes on the Atlantic. The rooftop was great for star gazing too. We were there with our family for 10 days and really loved the location and property. The owners were excellent to communicate with and left us some treats to welcome us to their place. Everything was very clean and well stocked. It was great to have the kayaks available and the pool was a complete hit with all of our family (kids ages 12-19). The rooftop was great for both sunset watching and stargazing. The location was quiet and low key - which was perfect. It was nice to be centrally located in the keys.
