« J’avais réservé plusieurs semaines auparavant une chambre avec vue sur la mer, 2 lits et une kitchenette. Celle-ci etait essentielle en raison d’allergies. La chambre était plus chère parce que de catégorie supérieure. J'ai eu une chambre sans kitchenette : ils n’en avaient plus… On pouvait m’en donner une sur le stationnement avec seulement un lit ! Ou bien je gardais la chambre avec 2 lits sans kitchenette. En plus, la chambre n’est pas très propre et il n’y a pas d’eau chaude !!! J’ai...

« Listing was misleading spoke to Expedia twice the day before arrival and they told me everything was correct. I asked them to fix the situation before we arrived, upon arrival I spoke with Expedia again stating the resort was in fact not where it said it was. I was told I could get a refund or switch rooms in the middle of all this I was hung up on 3 times by Expedia. My husband also had to call as well. The room was dirty, broken pieces, missing ceiling tiles. »

« The whole experience has been amazing. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed for our family of 9\. Kids had a blast in the heated pool. Even though it was in the 50-60 degrees, the heated pool was a plus. And the hot tub as well. The beach was clean and comfortable. Beautiful views! »

« Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

La salle de bain est dans un piteux état et pas tres propre. Une vrai arnaque à touristes"
