We offer three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. Each one has its own private bathroom with warm water showers. Main floor: King bed with memory foam topper, Smart TV, plus additional single bed Upstairs: One room with king bed plus double bed, and another bedroom with queen bed. There are 5 beds in total, two of them King sized. We can accommodate large groups of up to 9 people. Want some space to spread out? We have a second sitting area on the second floor that overlooks the pool, and seating on the top floor terrace. There will be noise- Granada is a lively city with frequent festivals, parades, and traditional bombas (firecrackers). Roosters live in our neighborhood too :) There will be dust and bugs- a colonial house means the center is open-air. We do get mosquitos inside. There are mosquito coils you can use, and we keep the bedroom doors closed to limit bugs in the bedrooms. Parking- guests have had theft of mirrors and other small things from cars when parking on the street, so we recommend secure parking lots 3 blocks away. Electricity and water sometimes go out- we have a water cistern if water goes out. We have stayed all over Granada, but this is hands down the BEST! Everything is in tip top condition, the hous is immaculate & the showers... better than any hotel in Nicaragua. The place has vaulted ceilings, lots of space, rooms are all equipped with AC & the pool is one of the few thats actually got depth to it! The owners are incredibly friendly & will go above and beyond to help you out too. Located very close to the town center & less than 4 mins walk from just about anything you can imagine. The greeter Jael was very communicative and met us there to let us in. The air conditioners in the room worked very well and the pool was clean and refreshing. The kitchen was spacious and had all the pots and utensils we needed. The neighbor Thomas washed our clothes for a very affordable price. I would say that you should just make sure that you walk home in a group and stay alert at night. It had everything we needed while we stayed in Granada. It was extremely comfortable and all parts of the house were cozy. April and Jael were great communicators, kind, and generous. We LOVED this house!!! The pool was 6 feet deep, FYI. There is a Super Express at the corner that accepts dollar currency. $50 and under only. Make sure that your bills have absolutely no rips, marks, stains, or handwriting. Otherwise, they will not accept them. Nearby, around the corner, same street as Super Express, there is a house that says Castillo Duarte that serves great food. You need to reserve the day before to ensure your food. Baho and mondongo are the way to go. But, she only serves these two dishes on Sundays. Otherwise, you can reserve whatever you want to eat on any day. Vigoron Is amazing at the park. This is by far one of the best locations and accomodations I have ever visited. It is convenient to all the main attractions and can accomodate large or smaller groups. The check in occurred without any snags; April and her staff were always helpful; and I can't wait to come here again. If you rent here, you will not be disappointed. ##### Warren B. The owner lives nearby and is very god at providing information on sites as well as recommending tours and taxi drivers. She was spot on on her recommendations. As for the house it’s a colonial style open courtyard that’s tastefully decorated. We loved the pool, it was a welcome respite from the heat after a day wandering Granada. If you are looking for a great property in the center of Granada, then you've just found it! This beautiful house has everything you need - three large bedrooms with comfortable beds and private bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, several living areas, top terrace and beautiful pool! The house is tastefully decorated and furnished. Pool was very clean. The communication with the host was very easy. And all that just within 4 blocks away from the center square. We highly recommend this house and this beautiful town if you are traveling in Nicaragua! ##### Yelena D.
