  • If a prime location and lots of space are what you're looking for, then look no further! The vaulted ceilings on the upper floor provide an open feel to the living room, dining room and kitchen of this large floorplan 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner townhouse. Located across the street from The Village and entrance to the Gondola, you get the prime location without all the hustle and bustle. With new hardwood flooring, and new furniture this upper level provides a spacious living area for all the family to gather. With a huge flat screen TV, comfortable couch and recliners and cozy pellet stove in the living room, complete with DVD/CD player, it’s perfect for movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped, just like home, and there is dining room seating for all and then some. And you can bring your dog along with one approved pet allowed. The master bedroom features a Cal King bed with flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom, while the second bedroom has a Double bed, and a Queen bed also with flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom. There is even an additional full bathroom with stand-up shower on the main upper living level. The Helios North complex offers an underground parking garage (no shoveling required!), sauna and roof top jacuzzi. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking, and 1 pet (dogs only) is allowed. There are 23 stairs to the unit from the garage, and is 2 levels inside. There is one assigned underground garage parking spot that will fit two cars tandem. Clearance is 9 ft. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. No bunk bed in the second bedroom - instead it has a full bed and a queen bed.

Very accommodating

The location alone is worth the price of admission. Just a block away from the village was the right distance for convenience and seclusion. The comfortable beds and clean rooms are a bonus.

Family boarding trip

Switched off riding with my spouse since we had two infants with us, easy and quick access to village gondola made it feasible for us to both ride in a day.Plenty of space for us to hang out and be together in the evenings.

This was a fantastic property. 5 min walk to the village and plenty of space to host a group. The stairs from garage could be tough for a more senior crowd but easy for the young bucks!

Accommodations were adequate but for the price, I’d expect more care taken. The property and decorations are dated and damaged exterior). I knew there was no AC but there were also very few windows that even opened. On the main floor, only 1 in living room and 1 in kitchen opened. No recycling.

The unit was incredibly spacious - largest 6 person unit I've been too. Well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots, flatware, towels and blankets. The number of Nest thermostats allowed for excellent heat control. Clean! No tumbleweeds of dog hair. Did not smell like dog nor of strong cleaning chemicals. That big end unit window in photo brought in so much wonderful light during the day and the big blinds gave privacy at night. Crew worked every day to keep the paths ice-free and safe. Was unsure about underground parking since it was in the other building but it was not a hassle at all. Ended up communicating with Mgmt company after my dog caused damage. The company was responsive, polite and very fair. I highly recommend this rental unit and the management company.

Yes, great location to village. Here are our list of reasons for two stars - you have to go to the property management office to pick up keys, which is a few miles away. Pitch black when we arrived so difficult to find and see numbers on door plus the porch light was not left on for us. Mounted next to the door has one of those locks with keypad that stores a key…didn’t understand why they wouldn’t leave jet there? Decor is outdated. Beds have the old style comforters that we’re certain are not being washed after each turnover. Master bedroom one was dirty with some noticeable stains. One day they had workers removing snow from roofs and pretty much blocked us in. No notice given and we had to climb over to get out. They were so loud on roof and shook the unit so much one of the decor items fell and broke (made sure we reported so we wouldn’t be wrongfully responsible). When you leave - you must return the keys back to the office, which again is a few miles away. The last and I’d say most unreasonable is you must take out all the trash to the bins. Isn’t that the reason for the cleaning fee? That was a first for us for this type of rental. Rather stay in a hotel for less, have better, cleaner bedding and not be a maid on vacation.

Perfect Get-a-way

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the perfect location--quick walk to village and to the mountain shuttle/bike-park. Living area is very comfortable with beautiful views. Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!
