This is one of the oldest hotels in the area and definately not a 5 star . Hallways are dark to hide the worn off carpet. Rooms are minimalistic. We had an issue with climate contol since they are using central heat and the temperature was too high in the room and could not be lowered. If you opened the windows all you heard was the ferry loudspeakers or the stray dogs barking in the vacant lots adjacent to the hotel. When we complained they delivered a fan to the room which is something i would expect from a cheap hostel . We decided to leave 2 hours in our stay and they would not reimburse the stay ( no A/C is a problem ). They offered a higher floor but still not good because heat rises and the neighborhood is still noisy . Feels more like a cheap 3 star definately not 5\.
