Although there were none visible during our stay, dogs are welcome for a small charge. Parking is understandably at a premium due to its village location. Check out of 10am but people naturally leave there cars whilst going for a walk. This means the car park was still full at the 3pm check in time. There is spare parking available at another property but it’s always best to have your car where you’re staying. Superb walks from the doorstep up to Malham Cove, Gordale Scar and round to the beautiful Janet’s Foss. We had a meal in the Lister Arms whilst we stayed there. Although it was nice we felt it didn’t live up to the AA rosette standard they’ve been awarded. The breakfast however was amazing. Fresh( & we presume) local produce that was hot and plentiful.
