The staff was very friendly and polite. Customer service was amazing and the buffet breakfast is absolutely fantastic and the view of the Petronas Tower from our room, was phenomenal. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely gonna back

Booked 6 nights at CitizenM Bukit Bintang and I must say it was truly warm and welcoming staying here. The staff working there are all extremely friendly and approachable. The hotel and room itself was extremely quiet despite the hotel being situated in the city. I will definitely return to CitizenM Bukit Bintang on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel is really nice, clean and modern. It definitely felt more upscale than other places we’d stayed nearby. The pool area was so nice with a great poolside bar and music. The restaurant downstairs was fully booked so we didn’t get to try unfortunately. Breakfast was decent. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay-cation. Rhifad at reception was a terrific and gracious host. Breakfast was fabulous, the pool was great, and the dinner and the bar was such a nice ambience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

The property is overall fresh and new meaning all the facilities were in order. In particular, the staff were excellent during our stay, with multiple team members saying hello as we entered. The room was comfortable and well equipped for travellers. My only wish is that there was a chair to sit outside and enjoy the balcony more.

This renovated hotel is on par with The Dorchester Collection, Mandarin and Four Seasons brands. The human capital is upbeat and welcoming. Truly Asian hospitality in the 21st century.

This was my first visit to KK (and Asia!) and what a welcome the staff at CJ Residence provided. Given their location in the heart of downtown amidst the hustle and bustle, a first time visitor might have troubles finding the Residence. However, they sent me their whatsapp contact in advance of my trip, and subsequently sent very detailed instructions on their location. They also asked for my ETA which I thought was standard practice. Above and beyond was staff waiting outside the Residence with...

I really enjoyed my stay here; The room and staff itself were amazing and also upgraded my room and catered to all my needs:) The only thing is that it's a bit further from the main area so you have to do a bit more walking but overall really nice

Great looking hotel, very clean and great view of KL. Super close to Chinatown and extremely walkable. Even has a Train Station nearby as well. Only gripe was that the signage either says Hotel Lobby or Mariott Bonvoy and to the uninitiated, you'd have to ask to confirm you are indeed at the Four Points by Sheraton.

Brilliant hotel, excellent value and great stay. The rooms are nicely maintained and laid out, the roof top pool is great. Access to a full service gym is a great perk and the breakfast buffet is absolutely elite. Seriously, schedule an hour for breakfast to take advantage. Cannot recommend enough.

Great suite! Incredibly modern along with great views of Georgetown. 100% worth it.
