Excellent hotel, location is great, very clean, room is of great size. Full kitchen gives a great advantage to the stay. The only discrepancy we noticed that it was advertised we would be getting a wine bottle but instead the hotel had a complimentary happy hour every evening and it all worked out even better.

The room is clean. It’s small but think about it located in the center of Madrid, right beside Plaza del Sol, there is no complaint. The receptions are polite and efficient, easy to communicate with. Thanks for the wine served in the evening, it’s really generous of the properties.

Location was brilliant. Very close to shops and restaurants and yet quiet as it was off the main street. The hotel receptionists were very welcoming. The only gap I saw was in the kitchen area in that there was no drainer or dishwasher to let dishes dry.

The hotel was in very good place near all historical locations within 5 minutes walk , very clean and neat despair the city construction all around. The room was beautiful and new renovated with all needed supplies. The only thing is we missed is a bottle of wine promised by Expedia at the time of check in, but hotel provided it after 7 pm what was even more pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you for the great service and hospitality! Keep it up!

We really liked everything about this apartment. There was ample room, very nicely appointed kitchenette, comfy beds, roomy bathroom. Very clean. The staff was helpful, spoke beautiful English, and was really pleasant. The location of this apartment was central to everything we wanted in Madrid. Just minutes away from Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol. The air conditioning worked great as well. A plus for us since it was pretty warm the first couple of days. The staff also helped arrange a taxi for us for the trip back to the airport. Cannot say enough nice things about this accommodation.

We had a good stay overall. The property was very clean, and the customer service was excellent. Communication was also very good and the staff were helpful and responsive. However, the room was much too small for a family of 4. We had 4 pieces of luggage, and there was barely enough space to move around comfortably. It definitely did not feel like the room could comfortably accommodate 4 adults. The bathroom was also extremely small, with very limited space. I would recommend the property for cleanliness and service, but the room size is something to consider if you are travelling as a family or with several pieces of luggage.

The property was in a very good location. Unfortunately, they did not offer any kind of benefits, like extra coffee pods, extra towels or pillows or daily room cleaning (once during our stay). It was an OK stay for an OK price. The only thing that made it stand out was the central location.
