It's the perfect retreat for any season of the year. The large kitchen, dining, and living room space is an open area for friends and family to eat together, play games, watch TV, and take in the amazing view of the lake. The dining room table seats seven and 3 bar stools along the nearby kitchen bar provide extra seating. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and plenty of counter top space. With the open design, you can enjoy the views even while preparing food or using the kitchen sink. Enjoy the natural light flowing in from the kitchen skylight. Adjacent to the living space is the large master suite. The master has large windows with a fantastic view of the lake. It features a king bed with soft bedding, dual nightstands, dual closets, a desk and chair, a large mirror and its own access to the patio. The master ensuite bathroom features a skylight, newly renovated shower, tub, and dual sinks. Two of the other guest bedrooms have a queen bed with soft bedding, dual nightstands, a dresser, a large closet, a mirror and a smart TV. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds, each with a full bottom level and twin top level. The bunk room also has a full length mirror, free-standing wardrobe, smart TV and plenty of floor space. The guest rooms and common areas have access to a half bath and a full bathroom. The full bathroom features a newly renovated shower, a skylight and counter space for your toiletries. All bathrooms have a hairdryer. A laundry room with heavy-duty full-size washing machine and dryer is available for your use. A iron and ironing board is available. Through the laundry room, you can access the garage where you'll find a ping pong table, a paddleboard, fishing rods, and cornhole. And for the best views, head outside! The large covered patio has a grill, dining table and additional seating. The uncovered seating area near the house is perfect for enjoying the weather in partial sun while close enough to head back in for refills. Towards the end of the day, move to the fire-pit circle. And if full sun is your speed, take advantage of the top deck of the newly renovated dock. The lake is open to various water sports. If you choose to paddleboard or swim, you can access personal flotation devices in the master bedroom closet. Boat rentals and personal watercraft are available around the lake. A public boat ramp is located 7 minutes away at Tim Finley Park. Cleats are available to tie your boat along side our dock. The neighborhood is safe and walking & biking-friendly. Restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations are as close as a 5 minute drive to Main Street. The owners are both detail-oriented and experienced STR users with high expectations. It was a cold weekend so we made use of the fire pit and the wood provided. The rooms were all comfy and everyone had their own space, including 3 pack and plays! My family (myself, husband and 2 daughters age 5 and 8) stayed 4 nights in October. The property is just as pictured. The view of the lake is wonderful at all hours but the sunset is AMAZING! We really appreciated the little extra amenities - wireless phone chargers in the living room and bedroom, usb ports, toiletries in the shower, luxurious towels and a well stocked kitchen with all you need to cook meals. We spent lots of time on the back porch with the comfortable furniture and beautiful view. One thing to be aware of - the water is shallow so If you’re looking for a dock to jump from, this isn’t it. My daughters loved being able to stand in the water and play. We brought our boat but again the shallow water is a little challenging but doable. ##### Melanie A. In addition to the ideal location, amazing sunsets, and huge porch, there is a well-stocked kitchen with a functional layout. The teens loved the paddle board and ping pong table. Lake location is ideal for swimming and docking jetskis. We encountered no need to call from the property, but the pre-stay communication with Suzy was excellent. We plan to return. ##### Marie R. The host was very clear with information and instructions. We loved the recommendation to go to the Waves restaurant. It was super fun. We were very happy that we were provided with all basic necessities including soaps, shampoos, and cleaning products. It was nice not to have to purchase all of that ourselves. It was everything and more from the pictures to the description. Easy to find and most welcoming. At arrival and throughout the stay there were phone chargers a plenty, comfy blankets, great space and rooms, a wonderful kitchen, bbq pit with tanks of propane, fire pit for s’mores, lots and lots of outdoor seating, a sincere and absolute wonderful home experience. However, the lake experience wasn’t NEAR what the pictures showed. The water has receded so far back the dock is useless for swimming or water activities. To get to the lake was not a quick hop from the edge of the yard as the pictures suggest, but a 50yd walk to the waters edge, where the dock begins. As my son said, “it’s only a foot deep for 20yrds passed the dock so we can’t jump…” The pictures of the dock and the lake were the deciding factor of this pick and 6hr drive for a birthday weekend. The house over delivered but the main attraction underwhelmed. ##### Chris O. The house is the perfect size for everyone to spread out and relax, it was clean and has everything you could possibly need for a lake vacation. The yard is such a great size to play around and having it fenced in perfect for kids or pets.
