« Lovely place to stay, Could of done with being cleaner as i did have to wipe alot of things down because of the grime, Instructions would of been nice as we couldn’t work the hot tub properly and there was no hot water, Also could only get netflix on the tv as it would not allow us on anything else. With their being residents also there was alot of outside noise. »

« I loved this apartment, it was one of the best I've ever stayed in. It was large, clean, and had everything that was needed. Parking was easy and the location on the promenade was excellent. »

« Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. »

« Jay and Tasha were on hand if needed. Property well equipped, everything you need for a break in Blackpool. Close to the centre and easily walkable. Would definitely visit again »

« Did not feel safe as the front door was unlocked left the property a day early .. they was holes in walls .. they was no WiFi which we was told they was .. could watch tv cos of this .. had to pay for parking which was told it was free .. »

« There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. It also said toilet roll and towels were included with booking but there was only 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. Towels looked...

« Blackpool has so many hotel rooms, so many holiday flats... but not many with any level of comfort. The Park Road Suites are an exception. Very comfortable, clean and reasonably central. We also gained the benefit of free on-site parking. YES, I would stay again YES, you should book! »

« The old school house is in an old victorian building beautifully ornate. Extremely clean and so comfortable with modern vibes will definately be back. Bus stops practically outside property to visit Lytham or Blackpool or couple stops from St Annes definately recommend »

« Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend »

« Great appartment that was clean and well prepared for our stay. Landlord communicated access clearerly ahead of arrival. Parking was almost next to the door as the corner shop at the end of the street does a great deal to park on their forecort. Location is almost on top of the pleasure beach and tram service. Really liked the place and would stay here again »

« Good location. Count on public car park parking at £15-20 for up to 24hrs. Nicely presented apartment but the bed/mattress was dire so not a comfortable night by any means. »
