"We arrived by bus and were able to leave our case with Reception until the booking in time. The people we dealt with were very quick to deal with our requests, such as exchanging the sparkling water in the room for still water, and replenishing the fridge on the second day."

Told reception on leaving but just got a “sorry about that”. Some staff nice and friendly. Public areas OK but a bit tired in places. Free parking and a service station in walking distance. Overall did the job but not cheap. "

"From reception staff to breakfast staff there were excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect for seeing all the sights. Breakfast was excellent. Apart from that the room were basic. Nothing special. Hotel has been given 4 stars. I think it should be 3 stars. Also when booking this hotel. They should give details where the carpark is. "
