Large living room with a full kitchen, bathroom and terrace looking at the lavish garden. Few steps from the pool, hot tub and a balcony overlooking the famous SXM airport and Maho Beach. Close to Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques, Pharmacy, Clinic, it has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The space The condo has a large bedroom with a king size bed and a closet with a small security box. The bathroom down the hall has a shower with a double shower head. The living/ dining area is quite spacious. The kitchen has a new cook top and all the basics needed. A 55” TV set and WiFi are also awaiting you. The terrace has enough furniture to accommodate four people for an outdoor relaxing experience. Guest access The condo is located in the first floor of the building, in the same level of the garden, pool , hot tub, bar and observation terrace. One of the elevators in located right in front of the apartment door, making it very easy to access all the facilities offered in the condominium. One floor down is the access to the street and the laundry room with coin operated machines. In the basement there is a large parking space. At check in the guests may arrange the use of the parking for a daily, weekly or monthly fee.
