« Die Apartments sind in neuwertigem Zustand. Sehr praktisch ist die Tiefgarage und die fussläufige Anbindung zum Station, ca 15 Minuten. Der Check-in, über den Browser/App funktioniert auch gut, sofern man eine Internet Verbindung hat. Diese funktioniert aber nicht mehr, wenn man drinnen vor der Apartment Tür steht. Es wäre schön, wenn man bereits mit den check-in Daten auch die Daten für den hauseigenen WLAN Zugang bekommen könnte. »

"Premier séjour en Allemagne en hôtel et le personnel ne sourit pas c'est sûr! Hors de question de généraliser. La gestion du petit déjeuner a été catastrophique. Arrivés à 9h30 pour une clôture annoncée pour 10 h. C'est tôt, j'ai souvent vu 11h ailleurs dans le monde. Comme il y a beaucoup de monde, il manque . On pense avoir le temps de revenir mais à 10h02, le personnel ferme l'accès via un rideau. Quelques personnes sont encore à l'intérieur 2,3 personnes se précipitent pour avoir un dernier café. Las, tout est déjà débranché et une employée CRIE de sortir car il est 10h!! Jamais vu une telle aggressivité vis-à-vis de clients. "
