« C'est le meilleur hôtel où nous ayons séjourné au Brésil, un super rapport qualité-prix pour des chambres propres, une literie confortable, un rooftop agréable (même si la piscine est petite par rapport à la capacité de l'hôtel) et surtout un petit-déjeuner absolument génial. S'il faut trouver des choses moins bien, c'est difficile mais on peut parler de la clim un peu bruyante dans la chambre, et de certaines rues peu sûres dans les environs de l'hôtel (je vous déconseille d'aller vers Santa...

« Hôtel très bien placé au centre de Petropolis non loin des centres d’intérêts. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, notamment le Monsieur avec le béret qui s’est occupé de nous commander une pizza. Chambre propre et confortable, la nôtre avait un balcon appréciable. Petit déjeuner sans prétention mais qui a le mérite d’exister Point négatif, pas de parking sur place. Un payant sur lequel vous dirige l’hôtel a 200 mètres, 30 reals par jours »

"Très déçu par l'établissement. Il a fallu payer un surplus en arrivant car la réservation de mon fils n'a pas été prise en compte correctement. En arrivant pas de serviettes de toilettes dans la chambre il a fallu les réclamer 4 fois, la piscine est en réparation par contre j'ai payé le même prix que si la piscine fonctionnait. Certains personnels, pas tous, sont très désagréables. Et pour finir au deuxième soir en rentrant la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait toujours pas malgré que nous l'ayons signalé dans l'après midi en partant, il a fallu changer de chambre. Le linge blanc est d'une couleur très douteuse. La semaine précédent notre arrivée j'ai envoyé au moins 10 messages resté sans réponses Bref cher payé pour ce que s'est !!"

"Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et serviable. L’hôtel est bien placé pour le cœur du carnaval. Mais par la suite le quartier n’est pas très sécurisé. En revanche : Les chambres sont petites et les lits inconfortables, les climatisation ressemble à des moteurs d’avion, elles n’ont pas toutes tout des télécommandes et sont difficilement réglables (nous avons dû changer 3fois de chambres). Il y a vraiment beaucoup de bruit dans l’hôtel. Le service d’étage Appelle le matin à 9h pour faire la chambre en période de carnaval, c’est très compliqué. La wi-fi ne fonctionne absolument pas sauf devant l’ascenseur ou au petit déjeuner. Je ne comprend pas la note. Nous avons été déçus par la prestation. "

"Très bon hôtel malgré qu’il sois situé à l’aéroport nous n’entendons pas le bruits des avions, pourtant l’insonorité entre les chambres est moyenne. Excellent petit déjeuner et restaurant en globalité le rooftop est magnifique. Petit point négatif ne mettez vos affaires à laver ils sont à peine laver, j’ai payer un service très mauvais à ce niveau là. Le reste était niquel je recommande vraiment. "
