The home is modern yet cozy, with high end appliances and brand new everything. Enjoy incredible expansive views of Los Angeles (you can even see the Hollywood sign) from the private roof terrace, equipped with a state-of-the-art retractable roof pergola and built in heaters. The Space: Modern yet inviting, you'll be able to relax in comfort both with the decor and the brand new amenities. The home spans 5 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the 5th floor/roof being the terrace (please be aware of the stairs- if anyone in your party has any health problems that may prevent them from easily using stairs, this property is not the right fit for you). There is a private gated driveway for the building, and a private 2 car garage for your use on the property. The Neighborhood: The townhome is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. It is in a gated community. There are a few coffee shops that can be reached within walking distance. Mad Lab Coffee and Lodge Bread Company bakery are a 6 minutes walk away. Venice Beach is a 15 minutes drive away and Santa Monica Pier is a 20 minutes drive away. Getting Around: We recommend having a car. However, it is very easy to get an Uber/Lyft from this location.
