The home is modern yet cozy, with high end appliances and brand new everything. Enjoy incredible expansive views of Los Angeles (you can even see the Hollywood sign) from the private roof terrace, equipped with a state-of-the-art retractable roof pergola and built in heaters. The Space: Modern yet inviting, you'll be able to relax in comfort both with the decor and the brand new amenities. The home spans 5 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the 5th floor/roof being the terrace (please be aware of the stairs- if anyone in your party has any health problems that may prevent them from easily using stairs, this property is not the right fit for you). There is a private gated driveway for the building, and a private 2 car garage for your use on the property. Ground Floor- Front Door Entrance and Garage 2nd Floor- Living Room and Kitchen 3rd Floor- Bedroom 1 (Queen Bed) with en-suite Bathroom 1, Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed) with Shared Bathroom 2 4th Floor- Master Bedroom with en-suite Bathroom 3 and a private Balcony 5th Floor- Roof Terrace \*Please note that as this home spans 5 floors and has no elevator- all guests must be able to walk stairs\* Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire townhouse. The Neighborhood: The townhome is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. It is in a gated community. There are a few coffee shops that can be reached within walking distance. Mad Lab Coffee and Lodge Bread Company bakery are a 6 minutes walk away. Venice Beach is a 15 minutes drive away and Santa Monica Pier is a 20 minutes drive away. Getting Around: We recommend having a car. However, it is very easy to get an Uber/Lyft from this location. Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 7 people allowed in the house No music after 10pm Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before check in - $90 per pet/per day Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel $35 charge per stained pillow cover $200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. We felt special from the first moment we entered. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. The living space is comfortable. The bedrooms and baths are large, comfortable and pretty. My friends and I had a delightful weekend staying at this wonderful condo. It was clean, well-appointed, and located in a safe neighborhood. We had a few questions during our stay, and the management company responded promptly and efficiently. The condo is conveniently close to many amenities and great restaurants. The location was perfect for my family - close to the airport and to Venice and Santa Monica. The condo was beautiful and well-stocked. The soap and shampoo were the best I have ever used! The beds were super comfortable. The rooftop had exquisite views, especially at night. I had some special requests before our stay and they were very helpful to meet our needs. ##### Linda B. We had a fantastic experience staying at house. The location was perfect. The space accommodated us comfortably with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. We were in town for my daughter's graduation from UCLA and the place was impeccable - very comfortable, nice decor, lots of space, convenient location (although not Marina Del Rey, as listed).
