Overall the place was clean except garage and pool area. A few communication issues early on but worked through them. Pool was cold when we arrived but host upon request turned it up as well as allowed the thermostat to be adjusted for cooling and heat. The neighborhood is older lots of clutter next door and outside of the home is lacking landscape paint, grass, etc. It is an older home that has and still is being brought up to speed. Host is on the right track. The pool area is very dated and in its day was I am sure outstanding and likely will be again, just not quite there yet. Front door had a gap in the center and on each side. A few bugs found inside downstairs. No TV's for local or satellite channels which was not the worst given it is Colorado and you're outdoors a lot but it would have been nice to watch Monday night football and local weather etc.

Great house but we had a few issues

The house was great. However, we had an issue with there being a lot of bugs/insects in the house. We had to get bug spray to kill a lot of them. Also, there seemed to be an issue with the AC. The house was way hotter during the day and was not very comfortable. The host said someone was coming to look at the AC the first evening of our trip but they ended up not being able to make it out. I messaged for updates on when they would be coming back out but I didn't get an update they never made it out to repair the AC and the home was not very comfortable during the day. Also, the hanging bed in the master bedroom was horrible. The bed makes a ton of noise if you move in bed at all and the mattress is super uncomfortable. It would have been a much more pleasant stay if there was a normal bed type. This was a very nice property and overall, we had a good stay. It just would have been nice to not have so many insects or bugs to worry about, consistent AC, and a more comfortable, functional bed in the master bedroom.

Beautiful Pool Home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The indoor pool is definitely an extra bonus. My two grandsons (ages 5 & 8) came over every day to swim. The property is close to everything....grocery stores, shopping, movie theater, hiking trails and much more. We would definitely book this home again.

Awesome house

The house was very clean and nice. The pool was awesome , kids had so much fun. The only tiny complaint would be that the hanging bed was incredibly loud , every time you moved it would creak very loudly. But overall it was a great house and I would totally go back and recommend it to others!

This was a beautiful place and decorated so well everything felt new and clean bedding and towels had the clean hotel feel to them The kids loved swimming in the pool And the Master room was romantic and nice with a balcony that over looks the pool this was the cleanest Vrbo we have every rented

Super clean and fun!

If you are looking for a nice clean place with almost everything new, you have found it. It was exactly what we were looking for and all the rooms and beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms look to be all newly remodeled along with the kitchen. I haven’t swam in an indoor pool a lot, but this one with its high ceilings and an outdoor bathroom made it for a great time. And an outdoor bathroom made it for a great time. We would definitely stay here again.
