Great location within an easy access. The bunk beds were a little confining and a top sheet might’ve been nice. overall, it was a great place for the price and we would definitely come again.

I booked this property for our grandchildren, and they had a wonderful stay. It was very clean and fully equipped with everything they needed. It was the perfect location for our day trips to Boulder, Estes Park, and Fort Collins. I would definitely book the Carriage House again.

Beautiful, clean place. We loved that we could walk to downtown Loveland every morning for coffee. We will definitely be back!!PS- Uno was a big hit with my teenagers who normally wouldn’t play a game with their mom.

So this place is a solid stay….Walgrrens is a block away for any needs, shops and coffee just blocks south….Boulder is near by as well, and parking is so nice right by the door. Best of all the communication was timely and with quick response. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time at our VRBO. We have 2 younger kids so it was so nice to have a whole place to ourselves. The beds were comfy and the place was a perfect open concept that the kids enjoyed playing everywhere. There were so many windows that made the home feel so light and airy. Everything was stocked and all appliances worked great. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in Loveland!

The carriage house was perfect for us!! Felt like home after just a couple days! Super handy to get into Rocket Mt national park and we could walk into old town Loveland. Host was very helpful getting us set up ahead of time. Hope to stay here again !!

Perfect Location

Safety was never in question and it was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 and perfect location. Day trips were super easy to Boulder, Golden, RMNP and Cheyenne. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was very clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfortable and although it was 100 degrees outside, the place stayed cool. There is a washer and dryer which came in handy and a large refrigerator which was nice for our long stay. Plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware although there are no plastic wrap/aluminum foil so do purchase some. You do need a car as the place is a bit on an island and if I could make one suggestion is to either install dimmer switches or a few lamps as the lights are pretty bright.Overall, a great place and definitely recommend for longer stays..

Since a lot is asked of the guests upon check-out and the cleaning fee is high, it would seem reasonable to expect a very clean space. The microwave had several food crumbs, some cobwebs were noticed, and kitchen shelves were dusty. However, we would still stay again:) THANK U!
