A stunning two bedroom apartment situated on the first floor, the apartment is offered on a part-furnished basis and comprises from an open plan living rooms and kitchen, two double room, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Large windows maximising natural light.   
  
Bourbon Lane is located within easy reach of the vast selection of amenities in Shepherds Bush including the fashionable shops, bars, cafes and restaurants at the Westfield Shopping Centre  
  
The flat has good security with, key fob to through main entrance and video-entry phone, triple lock door and security chain in the flat. The block of flats also has bicycle storage accessed with the key fob.   
  
Kitchen / Lounge  
• Large kitchen area with Fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine etc  
• Lounge area with leather couches  
• HD TV, DVD player  
• Small "juliet" balcony overlooking garden and parking area  
• The flat currently has sky wifi and fibre broadband

There is also additional storage in a storage unit off the passageway, accessed via a separate door. Smoke detectors are in the passageway and kitchen.   
  
Excellent Location  
• Flat located in quiet road, but only 2 minutes walk from Shepherds Bush tube station (central line), overground train station and bus interchange.  
• Westfield’s shopping complex only a short 5 min walk away, with multiple supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc all very close.  
• Shepherds Bush Market Tube (Hammersmith and city line) is an 8min walk away  
  
Despite the proximity to shops and tube, the flat is in a quiet road with very little noise.  
  
The flat is located on the first floor, with lift access.
