CANCELLED OUR BOOKING AT CHECK IN WITHOUT NOTICE

CANCELLED OUR BOOKING WHEN WE CHECKED IN. WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. We arrived at about 3pm to check in but was told that my reservation was cancelled because the hotel was over-booked. We had never received any messages of booking cancelled before check in. We were very desperate as it was the weekend before the bank hoilday and it was difficult to find accommodation with reasonable price. We had to pay extra money to get a place to stay and some pre-booked activities had to be cancelled. What a bad experience!

Great and would recommend!

The apartment was great in terms of the location and the condition itself. Our toilet seat was broken but this didn’t hinder usage of the toilet itself and the utilities were well maintained. The property manager was really friendly and provided all the information requested.

Okay

Stayed just the one night, and the place was fine. When arrived there was no one to check in with but one phone call and they were there in less than a minute. The room itself was clean, but just a few things that could make all the difference. The water pressure for the loo is very weak, there's no holder in the shower, there was no hangers at all in the cupboard.

Apartment reasonably spacious and conveniently located but generally very tired and could do with a good clean. Mould caked around shower, shower only ever a trickle and never gets beyond luke warm, stained linen and carpets with dust and other interesting stuff if you slightly move the furniture.

The apartment I stayed has a bedroom and a living room with kitchen and laundry equipments. It's spacious and the bed is clean and comfortable. I can cater simple foods there. Really nice I felt like myself at home. Basically it's quiet in this area, but you can hear the voices if tenants are talking loudly near your apartment. The location is nice. only 6 min walk to Gloucester Road tube and there is a supermarket nearby (2 min walk).

Péssimo atendimento porém boa localização!

Ao reservar no hotéis.com tive a impressão que ficaríamos em uma studio de 2 andares com sofá cama. Não teria sido esse o problema ao chegar e descobrir que ficaríamos em um quarto pequeno porém bem equipado com fogão, forno, máquina de lavar e com estrutura nova. O problema foi a equipe mal preparada e desorganizada desse “hotel”. Nosso banheiro estava com vazamento no box então alagava o banheiro ao tomar banho, não trocavam as toalhas e tínhamos que ao chegar descer e pedir novas toalhas, e por último e pior as camareiras deixaram nosso quarto aberto por 3 dias consecutivos com nossos pertences! Pois não se davam ao trabalho de checar se a porta tinha fechado de fato!!! Reclamamos e nada adiantava, pois nossa porta tinha que ser fechada com MUITA força para realmente fechar! Nao dicaria novamente nem de graça!

Ha sido una estancia de 3 noches en un estudio. Resulta que tienen tres edificios contiguos en la misma calle, el 8 que es donde está la recepción, el 10 y el 12 de Collingham Road, cosa que no está explicada en la descripción. Nos mandaron al edificio número 12 y nos dieron un código que abre el portal para poder acceder al estudio. El estudio era muy muy pequeño y no tenía mesa para poder comer lo que preparabas en la cocina, es decir, no se corresponde con la foto del estudio en el anuncio. El suelo hacía mucho ruido al pisar, y el aislamiento con el exterior no era efectivo del todo, se oían los ruidos de los coches al pasar y entraba también un poco de frio, ya que las ventanas no se han renovado a diferencia del estudio que en general sí parece que se ha renovado. A pesar de no tener mesa, por lo de mas tenía todo lo que se puede necesitar. Durante la estancia sólo cambian las toallas a diario, no hacen la cama ni friegan los platos que has utilizado. La situación del apartamento muy cerca del metro. Reflejo aquí todo lo que me hubiera gustado saber antes de ir. Espero que os sirva mi opinión.

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us room 5 on the ground floor as we had a push chair. Room was a good size with everything we needed including new kitchen area. Short walk to the museums and tube stations with Sainsbury’s and few nice looking restaurants nearby

Apartmenthotel in guter Lage

Die Darstellung der Apartments auf den Fotos entspricht nicht der Realität. Bei Ankunft wollte man uns nicht das reservierte Zimmer geben, da dieses angeblich nicht frei sei. Nach einigen Diskussionen ging es dann doch... Insgesamt ist die Struktur recht heruntergekommen.

good to stay with family

It was hottest days when we stayed, and we wanted to use AC, but we found water leakage from AC as it seems drain pipe was not properly arranged. We asked to fix it but it happend again in next day. It was good that it was not so hot after that. Most kitchen tools are arranged and washing machine is equipped. But it does not have dryer function. You can use drying stand.

Oxbridge Stay

Apartment itself was good, with full kitchen. We were provided the suite upon arrival, but unfortunately it was right by the front door. Door would slam shut with loud bang at all hours day and night. There is a large super market across the street, which was extremely convenient. All in all a decent value.

The master bed on the left felt like it collapsed. The shower head was loose and couldnt be tightened and would turn on its own spraying water everywhere.
