Richard was very communicative and helpful and even was nice enough to let us check in a little early since we arrived in London before noon! Flat is exactly as described and pictured. Beds were comfortable and the location made it easy to get to anywhere in London by walking, underground, taxi or Uber. Great pub just a 3 minute walk away. Underground a 5 minute walk.
