The fridge had a strong chemical smell, similar to gas, and the room was unfit to stay in. A receptionist came to inspect and confirmed the room would be changed. After waiting a few hours, I was given another room, but the door didn’t lock from either side and there was no microwave. Because of this, I returned the keys to the receptionist and requested a refund for the first night. The next day, I was moved to the original room, and the fridge was replaced. However, a microwave was not provided for the entire stay. I checked out today and hope the refund for the first night will be processed to my account as agreed. ##### Rachel Séjour de 10 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Lavern Voyage en famille 29 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté I like that there was cooking facilities. I also like that there was air conditioning. I dont think a small double bed was suitable for 2 guests. Also the bed needed updating as it was uncomfortable. In addition there was no bin in the room. Further there were ongoing renovation work which created dust and noise on the floor.
