« I can't recommend this house enough! It was as beautiful and well maintained as it looks. The view was outstanding with trees and birds and the sunset. There are 2 areas to sit outside with nice chairs and gas firepits. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (including with a small box of chocolates and bottle of wine). This house would be good for someone with some mobility challenges. The King bedroom is on the first floor along with the kitchen, dining, and living areas....

« We were thrilled to stay at Karl’s cottage and had an amazing time as always! We were able to see deer and turkeys throughout each day and enjoy the tire and tree swings on the property with our kids, and the upstairs is perfect for running and playing when it’s too windy, rainy, or cold. The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again! »

I know that may sound crazy, but our family of six stayed in this wonderful condo and my husband and I slept on the sectional couch while our teens slept in the bedrooms downstairs. With the light-blocking curtains and the sound of the waves just steps from the property, we had such a restorative trip! The kitchen is well appointed, and the location just can't be beat. « We loved this place! Exactly as advertised and the owner instantly answered all our questions. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve ever seen and we were able to cook many meals here and saved hundreds of dollars on dining out costs. The hub tub in the back was an added nice touch and we enjoyed it every night. Finally, this house was ideal for our medium size dog. She loved the back yard and was very relaxed here. We will definitely come back. »

« I felt safe and cozy in this cute older cottage. I had use of beach things and most everything I needed. Bring your own hair blow dryer because the one supplied is very slow with no hot air. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and not far from Morro Rock. »

« Our group of 6 enjoyed this house. You can’t beat the location across street from beach and park, views were great. Our group enjoyed the bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room. Given our make up of two couples and 2 single adults, the house worked great for our needs. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked at house 4 of 5 nights during our stay. We would rent again. »

« We visited in June with our extended family to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. We had 4 adult couples and one child. We had plenty of space and did not feel crowded. We hosted dinners with our extended family and had everything we needed. The host was exceptional. We discovered that the barbecue was not functional, and within a few hours he delivered a brand new one. All of our family enjoyed all of the spaces provided.
