« Chambre petite. Lits confortables. Contrairement à ce qu'on avait compris lors de la réservation il n'y avait pas de cuisine. Ce n'était pas un studio mais une simple chambre. Nous nous sommes fait beaucoup piquer aux chevilles, au niveau des chaussettes, et à l'arrière des genoux... Pas d'eau chaude ( le système ne fonctionnait pas, on l'a signalé mais ils n'ont pas réglé le problème). Il y a des affiches sur la porte d'entrée et sur la porte de la salle de bain signalant les tarifs en cas de...

« The expectations are pretty low in Iquitos, but this hotel managed to slip UNDER them. Staff was unaware of my reservation (having a digital copy of the Hotels.com receipt saved me) and just seemed unable to make things happen. I asked numerous times if I should just go somewhere else, but they seemed powerless to even enable that decision. The room was dirty (stained sheets and hair in the sink drains) and the towels wet. That last point can be forgiven in the jungle, but not when piled...

« This hotel has been recently renovated and it feels like a completely different place. It is nothing like the old version. The hotel now is very clean, fairly quiet with comfortable rooms/beds, great showers, good WiFi, wonderful staff and is set at a very fair price. I know the city of Iquitos well and this is one of the best places you can stay, particularly if you’re just staying for a few nights. It’s in a very central location near everything you would want to be close to. Very safe also....

« The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer. »

"Chambre petite. Lits confortables. Contrairement à ce qu'on avait compris lors de la réservation il n'y avait pas de cuisine. Ce n'était pas un studio mais une simple chambre. Nous nous sommes fait beaucoup piquer aux chevilles, au niveau des chaussettes, et à l'arrière des genoux... Pas d'eau chaude ( le système ne fonctionnait pas, on l'a signalé mais ils n'ont pas réglé le problème). Il y a des affiches sur la porte d'entrée et sur la porte de la salle de bain signalant les tarifs en cas de drap ou serviettes salies et lors du chek out, ils ont vérifié avant de nous libérer !!! Le petit déjeuner est très bon. L'hôtel est bien placé. "
