This delightful 29 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. Access to the property is exclusively by foot and stairs, and the apartment is on the first floor. It is designed with vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a double couch bed for two people, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city, and a dining table to share meals. The kitchen provides a welcoming socialising environment, including essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals. The bedroom is modernly decorated, with a comfortable double bed and storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! São Miguel, a charming neighbourhood in Lisbon’s Alfama district, captures the essence of old Lisbon with its narrow cobbled streets, historic buildings, and vibrant local culture. Walking through its alleys, you'll find traditional fado houses, colourful tiled facades, and cosy cafés serving delicious pastéis de nata. The area’s proximity to landmarks like the Sé de Lisboa and the Castelo de São Jorge makes it a perfect spot for history lovers. From São Miguel, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Tagus River from nearby viewpoints like Miradouro de Santa Luzia. As the sun sets, the neighbourhood comes alive with music, creating an unforgettable Lisbon experience filled with charm, history, and authenticity. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Santa Apolónia, is just 800 meters away. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Pas de possibilités d ouvrir la fenêtre car trop haute. Odeur de d égout et d humidité dans la location. Douche extrêmement petite où nous avons dû utiliser la ventouse pour faire évacuer l ‘eau. Envoi message pour dire que WIFI ne fonctionnait pas et pas de retour donc pas wifi de la semaine. Et surplus pris lors de la réservation sur le prix indiqué car jugement hors contexte . Maar raadt het niet aan voor meer dan 2 mensen en maar een paar dagen.Locatie is op zich okay, maar blijf weg van Alfama wijk, te toeristisch!! De wijk is niet meer wat het was! Matras was comfortabel maar bed kraakt enorm. IKEA stuff.Het ruikt erg muf, badkamer niet echt schoon en extreem klein, loopt vol met water.Internet deed het helemaal niet en de tv deed het ook niet.Ondanks de goede communicatie met Guest Ready, hadden we liever meer betaald voor meer comfort en een fijnere plek.Jammer voor ons, we wilden maar 3 nachten verblijven maar dat kon niet, minimaal 4 nachten. We verbleven 6 nachten. Echt te lang. Er zit weinig liefde in deze plek. ##### Margarita J. We had to plug all openings. The bed creaks with any slight movement. No top sheet on the bed. The bedroom window had no screens so no way to get air flow in that room. The locations is good with near car access. Above the location is the best view of Lisbon.
